How to get rid of acne

So, as you may guess, when you are a teenager like me, sometimes we can have some acne or some redness. To prevent that, I quite like using some nightly creams. Such as Roche posay. It's a little bit expensive, but the results are great! It really helped me. The best cream that I have tryed so far!
